The reviewer, Jennifer Locke, noted that SYNC Pro has “unprecedented battery life,” and added that they “became the perfect partner when I went outside for walks.” While she did note that “the microphone call quality can be hit or miss,” overall, she was thoroughly impressed with the product and concluded: “With automatic pairing, an IPX5 rating, superb audio quality, and insane battery life, there's a lot to love about the SOUL SYNC Pro,” awarding the product a 4/5 star rating.
